The Project's Structure

Pre Production

We will start with the process of pre-production, workshops about community importance and traditions, we will plan short films, create storyboards

Production - Filmaking

We will have then two days of filming in a different villages to get to know them and to film.

Post Production

We will have two days on cutting the films, and presenting the final products to the villagers.

Would you like to gain digital and storytelling skills? Do you have the feeling that culture and traditions in your country are disappearing?
Are you interested in the development of the community you are living in and to keep ist traditions alive?
Then take part in this project and we will look together at this topic through a camera lens.
We hope it will be easier for you to understand how different communities work after the youth exchange. You will create short videos, which will be shared on social media.
And of course we will have a lot of fun!

The project will take place in a smal village „Gerlachov“, which is situated in the north of Slovakia, in Tatra national park. The venue is just 4 minutes by car away from the mountains. There is wellness (sauna and swimming pool), biliard and fitness room, outside area and are for parties! So a perfect place for a youth exchange!

Age: 18 - 25
