I’m Fil and me joining Youth connect takes place after the mystical experience of my first European exchange, in the Lahemaa forest.

My knowledge and skills as a youth worker are due to the sharing of work and life experiences with skilled people in that field and some training courses abroad with Erasmus +.

With YC I deal with networking and writing on European and local projects on issues such as youth entrepreneurship and sustainability.
